Laurie is a preferred provider for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance plans, and she is a preferred provider for many other Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. She is also able to file for your insurance claim if you have out of network benefits on other insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company to determine if you need to have your care pre-certified prior to your first appointment.
